The extrasensory experience created by Ezequiel Nobili on the Arab wall of Madrid for this festival featured seven video projectors of Epson, supplied by Infinity Visual.

With the name of Mayrit, the work of the Italian-Argentine artist and illuminator Ezequiel the Noble did not leave anyone indifferent during his participation in the Festival Luz Madrid 2023, which took place at the end of last October, “an ephemeral and unrepeatable work that seeks to connect with peace, the calm, the tranquility, where humans can live in coexistence and peace”.

For the development of this work, Nobili meeting at one team of visual artists to generate textures taken from the place itself, transform them digitally and display them in your own environment, while for the contents a real-time generative software that mixed images taken by robotic cameras and the projection of the people present there as part of the piece.

In this sense, the public was immersed in a minimalist soundscape to create the feeling of harmony with the place, the environment and the work, which was accompanied by an amplification of odors, with a aromatization expressly created to accompany the experience.

Nobili also incorporated the development and production team professionals in accessibility and inclusion, that allowed all people to enjoy the show without barriers. People with hearing loss had a vibrating backpack that collected the sound space through vibrations, and those with visual impairment, they could follow the projected experience in real time with a live speech.

A extrasensory experience that highlighted what the Andalusian wall of Madrid was like and how it is currently perceived. Tranquillity, paz, calm, pureza… were the main sensations perceived by the public with this work.
