Robe expands its lighting management offering with LSC Control Systems

The portfolio of lighting and control brands Robe has been increased with the acquisition of the Australian company LSC Control Systems, whose activity focuses on the development of control systems.
The CEO of Robe, Josef Valchar, sees the acquisition of LSC and its power distribution systems, among other products, as the next necessary step to consolidate its line of growth in the audiovisual industry. “We are delighted that this opportunity has arisen. It is very exciting and we look forward to an extensive and positive collaboration. “It will allow us to offer the best complete turnkey lighting and control solutions to our clients and their projects in all sectors.”.
Gary Pritchard, founder and CEO of LSC, he believes that the agreement also benefits his company, since this “will gain access to greater investments and resources. Working through Robe's renowned global distribution network, we will be able to reach more global and diverse markets, stimulating greater opportunities for creativity, experience, business and action for our entire team”.
Purchasing LSC will give access, beyond its range of products, to the company's facilities in Australia, Central Europe and the United Kingdom. In addition, Robe highlights that this move will support its goal of being “an industry leader in all areas of lighting technology.”.
