Extron integrates its ConfereShare and ShareLink Pro systems for Teams and Zoom

Now available on the market, Extron facilitates wireless camera integration, microphones and USB devices with ConferenceShare and ShareLink Pro, thus boosting collaboration in meeting rooms.

As announced Casey Hall, marketing director of Extron, “ConferenceShare, the latest innovation in our wireless presentation systems ShareLink Pro, is now available, seamlessly integrating local cameras and microphones in the room, bridging the gaps between in-person and remote participants and promoting more attractive and productive meetings”.

Participants who have Extron ConferenceShare enabled on their laptops get access to connected USB devices to the presentation system, wired and wireless, ShareLink Pro, simplifying the process of onboarding room resources into remote meetings Microsoft Teams o Zoom.

ConferenceShare works in conjunction with ShareLink Pro software and drives ShareLink Pro 1100 y 500 not only for share content from local computer, a user's laptop or mobile device to the room screen, but also for video and audio from a USB camera or microphone local with remote participants using these platforms.

The system also supports integration with Microsoft 365 Calendar to streamline CU meeting connections. Adding ConferenceShare features to a ShareLink Pro system extends wireless sharing capabilities beyond the local room to any location via Teams or Zoom.
