Europalco a Super Bock 2024

The Portuguese supplier Europalco staged an immersive experience in Lisbon's Tejo room for the main national beverage company. For this purpose, a screen was installed 60 linear meters with a height of 6,5 meters that was accompanied by eight projectors Christie Boxer 4K30, plus a Spyder X80 2416 and a Pandora Box Octo 4K server.

Europalco prepared the sales convention 2024 for him Group Super Bock, the largest Portuguese beverage company. The No More agency organized this event that brought together 800 attendees at the Tejo room in Lisbon.

During the planning phase, The Europalco team designed every detail to meet the demands and expectations of the Super Bock Group, which produces the best-selling Portuguese beer in the world. The theme of the event, Explorers, aimed to transport the public through various settings such as mountains, oceans and space. The main challenge was to design a screen capable of immersing the public in these dynamic environments.. The solution was a design 180 degrees that involved more than half of the public, and it measured about 60 linear meters with a projection height of 6,5 metros.

Eight projectors Christie Boxer 4K30 boosted the viewing experience, guaranteeing great clarity and shine. Europalco used the Christie Spyder X80 2416 and a Pandora Box Octo 4K server for video processing and show control. This equipment facilitated smooth transitions and impeccable visual effects, creating an immersive environment that captivated attendees.

The projection screen 60 meters was the central element of the scenography, providing a panoramic backdrop that changed to reflect different exploration scenarios. This innovative use of space and technology allowed the audience to feel part of the journey as if they were climbing mountains., diving into oceans or sailing through space.

The Europalco team designed the main stage outside the conventional format, complementing the general theme of exploration. The stage was equipped with advanced lighting systems, sound and cameras, that supported the convention's most notable presentations and interactive sessions. The technical setup was solid and ensured that all presentations were delivered with the highest quality and precision.

The entrance to the Tejo room, totally personalized, welcomed the guests upon their arrival. inside, soundproof curtains cleverly divided the space, creating differentiated areas and at the same time maintaining the fluidity and coherence of the event. The zone lounge It was personalized with decorative vinyl that reflected the unique identity of the event, providing attendees with a comfortable and stylish space to relax and network
