A Leyard Led cube illuminates the Austrian Red Bull Eisarena stadium

The installation carried out in this ice hockey stadium in Salzburg consists of four screens Leyard Tfree Pro-F 2.6, the highlight of the update being the new Led cube. With dimensions of 4×2,5 meters replaces the old rear projection system.

Leyard Europe has participated in the installation that has been carried out in the ice hockey stadium Red Bull Eisarena Salzburg. As part of the modernization of its infrastructure digital signage, Ropa Digital Displays has provided a customized solution with the Tfree transparent screens, which are characterized by having a pixel pitch of 2,6 mm and a very light structure.

The project posed some challenges, in particular the limited load capacity of the ice rink roof. However, thanks to Leyard's innovative technology and personalized approach, Ropa Digital has been able to offer a solution adapted to the specific needs of the site.

The installation consists of four screens Tfree Pro-F 2.6, The highlight being the update of the new Led cube that is located on the ice rink. With dimensions of 4×2,5 meters replaces the old rear projection system that existed and has been carefully designed to meet weight specifications.

As official digital signage partner of EC Red Bull Salzburg, Ropa has set the goal of equipping sports and event venues with the most modern technology, how do you explain Patrick Cais, CEO and founder of Ropa Digital Displays.

The Led cube is the jewel of the project and Leyard's light and customizable solution has helped us overcome a great challenge. This project required precision, innovation and experience, and Leyard has lived up to all of them”.

In addition to Led screens, Clothing has integrated its Lunixo content management software which guarantees perfect operation on all screens in the stadium, including those in the VIP area and those in the team areas.

This comprehensive digital transformation of the venue is a significant achievement, for both Leyard and Ropa, since Tfree Led screens with a distance between pixels of 2,6 mm are the first of this type in Europe.

The ROPA team worked closely with Leyard technicians and NovaStar to ensure a smooth process.
