Avanzia integrates AV technology from the new National Museum of Performing Arts
With a proposal that combines immersive and analogue experiences, Avanzia has developed a museum project with Led display technology, Surround projection, Video mapping and distributed multichannel sound, with custom-designed display cabinets and furniture.
Inaugurated in the World Theatre Day by the King Felipe VI together with various personalities from the world of culture, the new one National Museum of Performing Arts (MNAE), Directed by Beatriz Patiño, offers an innovative route that combines the Immersive Experience offered by AV technologies, made up of Avanzia, with the Analog environment.
This Museography Project and audiovisual integration is housed in the Palace of the Maesters of Almagro (Ciudad Real), built in the mid-thirteenth century, of 2.213 m2 distributed over three floors, which is part of the Historic-artistic complex of this city.
Regarding audio and video technologies, the MNAE welcomes its visitors with a great Led screen frontal, of 6,5 x 2.5m2, Manufacturer Hikvision. The Immersive rooms Offer 90 m2 projection with high-brightness equipment of Epson.
To this is added a Video mapping in the vault of the building, for which projectors of Panasonic. Also installed digital screens LG, in 43" and 49" formats, to display information and videos.
As for the audio system that accompanies the visitor on his tour, loudspeakers are used Bose Professional to offer a Distributed multi-channel sound High quality and sharpness.
Visitors can enjoy the selection and display of 17.500 pieces from the sixteenth century, according to the project curated by Ángel Martínez, displayed in display cases and furniture designed for the museum by the HDFaber.
The MNAE proposes a Reverse chronological journey: begins in the twenty-first century and goes back in time, ranging from the transition to the Civil War, through Romanticism and Baroque until we reach the Auto de los Reyes Magos (tenth century).
The ground floor of the museum allows visitors to enter and explore the Independent theatre and Spanish festivals, while on the second floor you will learn about the four natural elements such as Scenic axis.
The architectural remodeling of the MNAE has been carried out by the architects Jesús Donaire and María Milans del Bosch, and the design of machinery corresponds to Miguel Ángel Coso.
The contents shown have been made by the audiovisual creator Álvaro de Luna, while the Musical piece is the work of the composer Luis Miguel Cobo, and the lighting is from Juan Gómez Cornejo, National Theatre Award and Gold Medal for Merit in the Fine Arts.
With this project, the MNAE consolidates itself as the Largest Spanish Centre for Scenic Heritage, with five centuries of theatrical history under one roof, in which technological innovation is combined, historical rigor and artistic gems such as the sketches of Salvador Dalí for Don Juan Tenorio; watercolors for sets made by Giorgio Busato; The Painting Collection of Victorina Durán; The Painting The King's Jester, of Germán Álvarez Algeciras, to the iconic blouse and ankle boots from Miguel de Molina.
