Chief, a Legrand AV brand, has announced that its new system of Velocity outdoor pedestal is now available. This system is a modular system for digital signage with options for individual screens, double or triple.

Ideal for menus self-service in fast food restaurants (QSR) and orientation signage, is compatible with Samsung and LG outdoor screens 55 inches and adapts to future expansions.

Chief Velocity is designed for quick installation and only requires two people. Does not require heavy equipment, eliminating rental costs. Simplified screen mounting with French clamps allows for quick and secure installation, with lateral displacement to eliminate separations between bevels. Efficient installation minimizes self-service downtime, which helps preserve revenue and keep customers flowing.

Chief Velocity system components are shipped on a standard pallet of 122 cm, that fits into a smaller receiving dock. Slotted base plate offers 15 Degrees of swivel mounting flexibility to position menu panels to suit the specific needs of each installation.

The new system is designed to support adverse weather conditions with finishes suitable for outdoors that meet the strict requirements of the UL standard 2442 Part 2. This includes robust galvanized steel with outdoor-grade primer and powder coating, and compatibility with Samsung and LG outdoor displays.
