CCLi arrives, the installation version of the popular CCL system from d&b audiotechnik
At the next Inter Bee fair (19-21 November, Japan), d&b audiotechnik to introduce CCLi compact cardioid in-line array, designed specifically for installation applications.
Building on the success of the CCL System, which was presented in January 2025, CCLi offers the same technical advantages and acoustic properties and, besides, adds specific functions tailored to fixed installations. Provides a exceptional performance, compact dimensions (209 × 593 × 355 mm) and a attractive design, making it ideal for system integrators, consultants and venue owners who are looking for an innovative installation solution, powerful and elegant. Offers broadband directivity control (until 60 Hz) with cardioid behavior in low frequencies to focus acoustic energy in the intended areas of the audience. This feature reduces unwanted low frequency reflections from the side and rear walls, minimizing reverberation in the most acoustically demanding spaces.
CCLi offers a extensive dynamic range of high frequencies y minimizes distortion to ensure greater perceptible intelligibility. When it comes to efficiency and scalability, CCLi stands out thanks to its operation with a single amplifier channel. CCLi also offers other functions that meet the needs of the installation market: a discreet design with a new integrated front grille with fewer visible rigging elements; side panels replacing the CCL System handles with flush side grilles and an optional Euroblock Phoenix connector panel with sealed grommet.
CCLi is a versatile solution for installation applications, in which precision and extent of directivity control are key, the concentration of power, elegant design and cost-effectiveness, including application in multi-purpose venues, theaters, places of worship, clubs and much more.
Santiago Alcala, product manager-speakers in d&b audiotechnik, comments that “The new CCLi system combines a specific design for permanent installation with advanced d technology.&b to provide superior acoustic performance in a wide range of installation projects, ensuring that every word and every note will be received with great precision and power”.
“Another great advantage of CCLi is its tight budget., which gets even better when the systems are combined with the new Bi12 stacked subwoofer and the recently introduced 25D amplifiers. All of this makes CCLi more accessible for smaller rooms and spaces.”, duck.

As with other d speaker systems&b, the system package too includes a range of subwoofers corresponding, as a specific subwoofer for hanging (CCLi-SUB), the installation version of CCL-SUB. The new Bi12, a multipurpose passive cardioid subwoofer for stacked use, It is presented specifically for installations. The stacked subwoofer version for touring is also available. (B12) in the CCL System.
