Lightware reinforces its Taurus UCX family with the introduction of the new HC60 line

The new HC60 product line from Lightware offers a major hardware upgrade over existing HC40 models, an improvement that has become necessary due to recent technological advances and the evolution of the supply chain.

All UCX-HC40 and DCX models will be replaced one by one by a new HC60 version, what will mean total disappearance of all HC40 models. The manufacturer assures that both “Users and integrators can be assured that capabilities and functionality will remain unchanged.”. The HC60 platform introduces several key improvements hardware compared to the HC40, which include a better video handling, and high speed Gigabit Ethernet switch for faster network performance and modern connectivity with dual USB-C ports on the device side that replace the previous USB-A interfaces.
