As a technological collaborator of Royal Caribbean for more than twenty-one years, Samsung has supplied so far more than 200.000 screens to the global fleet from this cruise company. The most recent has been for the boat Star of the seas, with the contribution of more than 6.000 TV Hospitality and digital signage intelligent.
The digital screens that equip this family cruise have been installed in guest cabins, crew quarters and public areas, including halls and theaters, to offer a new visual standard in onboard experiences.
Specifically designed for commercial environments, the televisions Samsung Crystal UHD Hospitality (model HBU8000) equip the guest cabins on board the Star of the seas. Thanks to the Dynamic Crystal Color technology from this manufacturer, with the ability to display more than a billion colors, offer resolution 4K UHD and realistic images, ensuring every traveler enjoys crystal-clear viewing quality throughout their journey.
Each stateroom television also functions as a information center that shares a personalized welcome message for each guest, daily activity schedules, information about the destination and weather and emergency updates, while offering the ability to re-watch onboard programs and announcements whenever you want.

Since the year 2004, Samsung has supplied more than 200.000 hospitality televisions and smart signage screens on twenty-eight ships in Royal Caribbean's global fleet.
