InfoComm 2026 promises a “renewed experience”: registrations now open
LVCC of Las Vegas will host this year's 17 al 19 June edition 2026 of InfoComm, fair organized by Avixa that promises a “renewed experience” with more than 750 exhibiting companies and an extensive training and experiential program.
InfoComm 2026 prepares an edition designed to help attendees explore how professional audiovisual technologies “they are transforming the way we work, let's play, We learn and connect”. As explained David Labuskes, CEO of Avixa: “As professional AV becomes a more essential part of IT solutions, customer-oriented broadcasting and artificial intelligence, InfoComm 2026 offers a vital forum to explore these technologies, gain useful information and meet new colleagues who share a passion for shaping the future of our industry”.
To present his renewed vision of ProAV, InfoComm 2026 will have 750 companies exhibitors distributed in an exhibition hall distributed around of the pillars: work and leisure. In this way, he Central Hall will focus on “working” technologies, including conferences and collaboration, command and control, digital signage, learning spaces and enterprise IT. Attendees will be able to enjoy several new and expanded activation centers, which include Smart Workplace, a space that presents solutions that redefine hybrid work, equity in meetings and people-centered office design, y Retail Experience, a connected store environment.
On the other hand, he North Hall will highlight “Play” technologies (audio, AV for broadcast, lightning, staging and solutions for live events), along with The Pitch, a dynamic activation center that shows live production, immersive displays and fan engagement technologies used in sports and entertainment environments. He will also return AVIXA TV Studio, showcasing a fully operational broadcast studio designed for business and entertainment applications.
InfoComm Training 2026
The rooms West Hall Meeting Room will welcome 13 al 19 June an extensive training program with numerous levels of learning: from introductory to advanced, adapted to technology managers, AV/IT professionals, designers, integrators and engineers.
Although the full training program will be announced in the coming months, Session topics will include AI applications in audiovisual projects, including conference systems, digital signage, classrooms and live events; audiovisuals for accessibility, with tools and techniques that support inclusive, human-centered design; basic audiovisual skills, as production workflows, systems monitoring and network security; practical and "trick" sessions, offering practical design examples and implementation strategies, y project case studies, highlighting real-world successes and lessons learned.
Attendees will continue to experience learning through multiple formats, including the Vision Stage, he Spotlight Stage, he AVIXA TV Studio and the Xchange LIVE, creating opportunities to learn, connect and participate directly in the exhibition hall. In addition, InfoComm 2026 will offer various guided tour experiences. For now, two have been confirmed: UNLV Dreamscape Learn, an immersive virtual reality learning environment 370 square meters, and the UNLV School of Medicine, that encompasses an audiovisual network that supports more than 250 end devices.
