Techtail, the technological solution that allows brands and retailers to create and manage their own smart stores, presents at the Mobile World Congress 2026, its Corner format, a compact autonomous retail solution designed to integrate into high traffic spaces.

Designed for hospitals, universities, airports, train stations, hotels, gyms, Techtail exhibits this innovation at the stand of its technological partner Huawei, located in the Huawei Booth in the Hall 1, reinforcing its commitment to the integration between physical retail and advanced technology.

The Corner format, It has been designed to integrate into existing infrastructures, allowing operators and brands to deploy operational autonomous points of sale 24 hours, los 7 days of the week, no need for staff. They are modular and replicable design facilitates rapid deployment in locations with consolidated traffic, responding to the growing demand for flexible business solutions, automated and efficient.

“We are experiencing a structural change in retail, where technology stops being a complement and becomes the core of the operation. Consumers demand immediacy, autonomy and total availability, and brands need more efficient and scalable models. We want to bring autonomous retail to any space, combining artificial intelligence, “computer vision and advanced connectivity to create a new generation of points of sale”, points out David Casanovas, CEO of Techtail and BG FISH.

The solution integrates own hardware and software managed through the Techtail technology platform and is supported by the cloud infrastructure and the Huawei connectivity. The company is responsible for the development of BIG FISH smart stores, presented at the previous edition of the congress, consolidating its position as an innovative player in the sector.

The presentation of this new business model is part of an ambitious national and international expansion plan. Techtail is deploying its solutions in new environments, adapting to the needs of each location through four store models: FlexStore, a modular format in an outdoor container; FullStore, a complete store for interior spaces; Corner, integrated into interior spaces; y Cabinet, a compact smart cabinet type format.

Casanovas highlights that “Internationalization is one of our main strategic priorities. We are advancing agreements and projects in countries like Portugal, Italia, France, Iceland, Andorra and Germany. We see enormous potential for autonomous retail to become a standard in Europe in the coming years. With several projects in the closing phase and new implementations planned in different markets during 2026, Techtail plans to consolidate its proposal as a reference solution in the European autonomous retail ecosystem, promoting the convergence between physical commerce, artificial intelligence and advanced connectivity.
