SBI Holdings studies replicating a venue similar to the Las Vegas Sphere in Tokyo. To this end, The financial group has already started negotiations with the American company Madison Square Garden (MSG) Entertainment, promoter of the popular LED sphere in Nevada.

SBI is considering the coastal district of Odaiba as a possible site for the project, with a planned investment that could mean between 2.200 millions and 3.130 million dollars, although the president of SBI, Yoshitaka Kitao, has already assured “that we are determined to carry out the project no matter what happens”.

Although the project is still in an initial phase, executives stressed its strategic importance to the company, positioning it as a key piece of SBI's expansion beyond financial services into entertainment and digital content. The group intends to link entertainment assets with financial services (including digital securities and tokenization) to create new sources of income and investment opportunities.

The enclosure could house some 20.000 personas and would accommodate a combination of immersive experiences cinematographic style and live concerts with a target aimed at young audiences and foreign tourists. The business group also highlights the venue's potential to generate continuous income through daily programming, instead of specific events.
