Pleneo automates meeting room design with Planner

Pleneo Planner, the latest initiative of Plenary, is based on the standards of Avixa to facilitate the design of meeting rooms “in a few minutes and automatically”.

The solution of Plenary allows you to enter the dimensions of a room and generate “instantly” a complete design from space. Planner automatically places microphones, cameras, speakers and processing according to optimal criteria of coverage, sight lines and performance.

The result is a fully interactive 3D environment. Users can view in real time the microphone pickup areas, the coverage of the speakers and the cameras field of view. They can also be placed in the camera's perspective to check exactly what participants will see. Besides, the different components can conform, replaced or relocated with immediate visual response.

Beyond design, Pleneo Planner generates all the necessary documentation for the project. Through one click, Users can get a complete list of materials, High-quality wiring diagrams and renders ready for customer presentations or prescription processes. The tool is compatible with both Plenary as with a selection of third party components, allowing you to compare different configurations within the same space.
