IK room calibration extends to immersive sound: Arc X Immersive

Arc X room correction technology I evolves from automated calibration of stereo and subwoofer stereo systems to fully immersive setups up to 9.1.6 through the new Arc X Immersive system, available as an upgrade to the original software.

Arc X Immersive integra measurement, alignment and correction, allowing to transform the different rooms into an environment with a special improved precision. In this way, seeks to replace those still common manual adjustments using SPL meters, basic equalization and iterative adjustments.

The IK tool has a fully automated workflow that measures and calibrates the entire speaker array as a single system. The calibration stored and processed directly on monitors iLoud that have ARC or through ARC Studio for third-party systems, allowing the correction to always be active regardless of the playback source or DAW. ARC X Immersive also powers the new immersive packages of I Multimedia, offering monitoring systems 7.1.4 ready to use designed for “accurate and consistent” performance.
