The center of visitors of the Kennedy space complex of NASA in the United States has just opened a space that combines a large audiovisual display with interactive installations and new media. Based on a concept designed by BRC Imagination in collaboration with Kennedy Space Center and Delaware North Co. Parks & Resorts, this installation includes digital projections on a large scale and interactive experiences that invite the visitor to be part of the future of space exploration. The installation of the different audiovisual systems was provided by Electrosonic, including a large rear projection surface, several flat screen LCDs and five Keystone screens that immerse visitors in the future of space travel. Other six screens of various shapes and sizes, including four screens of trapezoidal form, complete the installation entitled Explorers Wanted. The whole exhibition and the show is directed by a Medialon Manager system control content served for ten players Watchout feeding nine projectors and monitor. Electrosonic took advantage of the inherent Watchout programming to ensure that seven of the projectors could display the contents in the nine trapezoidal screens without any seams. They also created a custom user interface for the master controller on PC Warchout by the staff could add updated content at any time.
