The Madrid pop-rock group Vetusta Morla premieres the 2012 with a mini-tour in theaters and auditoriums to present his latest album, titled “Maps”, in which Shure equipment will be used.

Vetusta Morla has trusted in microphones Shure for its winter and spring tour that will visit several cities in Spain as well as London, New York, Austin (Texas) and Mexico City. After sweeping the La Riviera venue in Madrid in December last year as well as at a multitude of festivals during the summer, The Tres Cantos group has premiered the 2012 starting a mini-tour of theaters and auditoriums.

Their live performances leave their natural habitat in halls and festivals for a time to place themselves in a different context., places that also suggest different formats and instrumentations for their songs. Without completely abandoning its usual staging, The group will take advantage of the fact that these spaces encourage attention to details and appreciation of more subtle sensibilities., to rehearse new landscapes and timbres in some of the songs in their repertoire.

The group has several SM58 and SM57 microphones for voices and instruments respectively.. For drums and percussion, Madrid residents have opted for the BETA56A models, with their corresponding Shure A56D adapters and several SM81 as well as a couple of VP82 for capturing ambient sound. Finally, the band has incorporated into its microphone set 3 KSM32, Also ideal for percussion or for capturing the sound of guitar and bass amplifiers. Vestuta Morla has also completed its wireless transmission systems with the acquisition of a wideband HA8089 helical antenna.
