The Colombian company Big Video has turned to Dataton's Watchout multimedia solution to support the multi-screen display of the second edition of Expo Gestión Caribe, event organized by the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce and the Leadership and Management Center in the Jumbo Room of the Country Club of Barranquilla (Colombia).

The Watchout production and reproduction system Dataton was supplied by Omagica to multimedia experts Big Video to display content across three screens of 7 by 5 meters in Expo Gestión Caribe 2012, held in the Jumbo Room of the Country Club of Barranquilla (Colombia). The second edition of this annual event, organized by the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Leadership and Management, focused on business development in the Colombian Caribbean region and the transformation process that has been occurring in this area and brought together public and private leaders with knowledge to contribute to the competitiveness of companies in the region.

Diana Velilla, the Big Video, has stated that “For the workshop and presentations, the multi-screen display was essential to communicate the presentations and share knowledge. We have been working on this project for 2011 y 2012 and the event has brought top-level speakers to Colombia who required the best video technology available. Dataton's Watchout has been used to combine screen content using projectors Christie Digital“.

Omagica is the Premium Partner of Watchout for Mexico and Latin America and offers local technical support. Adela Kriland, CEO of Omagica, has pointed: “Corporate events are becoming increasingly popular in Mexico and Latin America. For this event, Omagica was present to support Big Video with its production, getting some impressive results.”

Finally, Fredrik Svahnberg, Marketing Director of Dataton, has commented: “Dataton Watchout software is designed to handle high resolution display data over multiple outputs. At the same time, can be updated in real time during a live presentation, which of course would have been an obvious benefit for Big Video and its client.”
