Sony to showcase a host of new video security migration solutions at Security Essen 2012 (Hall 2, Stand 509), which is celebrated between the days 25 y 28 September.

Security Essen 2012 will celebrate its twentieth edition this year, meeting at the Messe Essen (Germany) to experts in safety and fire protection technology. The Japanese company Sony will use this year's show to showcase how it is at the forefront of HD video security innovation and how its products enable consumers to integrate existing and new technology through Hybrid and IPELA solutions.

The adoption of IP technology is growing in the market because customers, Large companies and government sectors are recognizing the benefits of the technology and considering the migration from their current analog system to IP video surveillance. In the market there are various ways to migrate from analog technology to IP, but most solutions include Hybrid encoders and recorders that provide standard definition migration capabilities (SD) analog only to an SD IP system. Following customer demands, Sony launched the IPELA Hybrid camera to help customers migrate from an analog SD to an HD IP system, what will be shown live at Security Essen 2012.

Besides, Sony is offering the industry new revolutions in image quality improvement. IPELA Engine technology (TM) It is incorporated in all new generation products, what they offer 60 frames per second (FPS) at Full HD resolution (1080p). This has set the new technology standard for critical casino applications., traffic monitoring, public services and urban surveillance.

Sony will announce at Security Essen 2012 new products that use the IPELA Engine and will do all the demonstrations at the stand that the Japanese firm will have in the Hall 2 (Stand 509).
