LG unveils the new EA93 and EA83 IPS screens
LG has announced at IFA 2012 the new EA93 and EA83 IPS monitors, two high-end devices aimed at the professional market that boast Quad HD resolution. The two monitors feature an ultra-thin bezel with a thickness close to just one millimeter and a viewing angle of 178 degrees. Its connections include HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort y MHL.
LG Electronics has unveiled two new premium IPS monitors during the IFA in Berlin, EA93 and EA83 models. These monitors are prepared for the professional market, since they are capable of reproducing the Adobe RGB standard at 99%. The viewing angles of both monitors are 178º. Regarding your connections, include HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort y MHL.
The LG EA93 has a diagonal of 29 inches with a resolution of 2560 × 1080 pixels in format 21:9, the same frame rate as that used in movie theaters, and a very fine frame that helps the user focus on the content. The South Korean manufacturer's strategy with this equipment is to make it as versatile a tool as possible., which, due to its generous size, could well replace a multi-screen configuration.
For your part, the LG EA83 reaches 27 inches and allows users to take advantage of a WQHD resolution (Wide Quad High Definition) in 2560 x 1440 pixels. The monitor's high IPS WQHD resolution ensures high image quality, offering high color relevance and ample screen space for more advanced users who want to enjoy multiple applications at the same time. This monitor faithfully reproduces the 99% from the Adobe RGB color palette, and is capable of producing images that are virtually identical to their real-life versions. EA83 launches with software and color calibrators, allowing users to find the best quality indexes.
