During the second day of the SIMO Network fair 2012 the fourth Channel SIMO awards were awarded, in which the award for the best Canal marketing initiative or program went to Ingram Micro, award that was collected by Sara Zamora, Marketing and Communication Manager of the wholesaler.

Within the framework of the activities developed for the SIMO Network Distribution Channel, The manufacturers and wholesalers awarded with the traditional Channel SIMO awards have been announced, who have recognized Ingram Micro with the award for Best Canal Marketing Initiative-Program, thus recognizing the magnificent work carried out by the wholesaler in this area, which has undoubtedly helped the leadership at Canal IT, among other aspects.

The person responsible for Marketing and Communication of the company, Sarah Zamora, was the person in charge of receiving such an award: “We are very pleased to receive this award from Channel SIMO Network 2012, since it confirms the excellent strategy that we have developed in this area, helping to consolidate our leadership in the Channel”, has pointed out.

These awards are the recognition that channel members give to both manufacturers in the sector and wholesalers., and are part of the activities that SIMO Network has organized for the ICT distribution channel in collaboration with CONTEXT, company specialized in monitoring sales and prices of the distribution channel. The votes have been carried out through the survey that CONTEXT has coordinated through its own corporate website, in which the situation of distribution in Spain is investigated in depth with the aim of obtaining the keys that allow us to know the needs of the channel in the coming months in our country.

Ingram Micro has thanked the members of the Spanish ICT distribution channel for their participation in the Channel Watch Spain survey carried out by CONTEXT and has commented that “the support that the channel has shown us with this award reinforces our will and objective to continue improving every day to get as close as possible to our partners and to be able to offer them the best possible service.”.
