Peerless-AV creates a Technology Division focused on digital content distribution solutions

The manufacturer of audiovisual support systems and accessories, Peerless AV, is looking to expand its portfolio with the creation of a new division dedicated to emerging technologies and focused on digital content distribution solutions for distributors, integrators and AV installation professionals.

Peerless AV has announced the creation of the Peerless-AV Technology Division, dedicated to advanced digital content delivery solutions for commercial and residential markets. The new division will expand the company's current technology portfolio, including wireless connectivity, wireless transmission, kiosks, digital audio and touch products, to offer a broad catalog of digital content delivery tools for distributors, integrators and AV installation professionals.

Among the wireless products that are already part of this new division of Peerless-AV is the PeerAir Pico Broadcaster, a wireless digital signage solution that streams high-definition content to an unlimited number of digital displays within a radius of 106.68 metros; el HD Flow Pro Wireless Multimedia Kit, a family of devices that enable Full HD 1080p video and passive 3-D signals transmitted at up to 39.92 metros a TVs HD, projectors or other screens without wiring; y el PeerAir Wireless HD Multimedia System, a plug-and-play wireless content streaming and gaming system based on HDMI interface for home entertainment applications, companies, education and training.

The product line also includes a wireless flat panel and projector mounts, wireless AV carts and stands, kiosk structures, wireless digital audio connectivity solutions and touch-enabled pens and pointers for uses such as interactive business and classroom presentations.

The division has its own engineering, product development, product management, field application engineering and customer service personnel, as well as manufacturing capabilities and testing facilities for all products, setting the stage for major innovations while ensuring technical support for your channel partners.

Mike Campagna, a company veteran who has taken the helm of the Peerless-AV Technology Division, has declared: “We introduced our first wireless product in May 2010, and since then our technology solutions have been the most successful for their ability to simplify the installation and use of today's digital equipment.
