NEC celebrates a decade of innovation at the tenth edition of ISE
NEC Display Solutions Europe participates once again in the Integrated Systems Europe fair in Amsterdam, where it is exhibiting its latest applications and solutions for retail signage, as well as demonstrations of the Vukunet platform and the Leaf Engine solution.
NEC Display Solutions Europe is present at the ISE fair 2013, where it is showing the widest collection of display products and solutions, highlighting more than a decade of innovation and development. The Japanese firm's stand this year includes the Pixel Machine – a giant video wall made up of 23 large format displays 55 inches controlled by Hiperwall – and a live demo of the Digital Out-of-Home network ad serving platform (DOOH) Vukunet. Besides, NEC's offering at the Amsterdam show also includes a wide range of new interactive and collaborative solutions for digital signage, classrooms and rental and signage applications, as Federico Haba highlighted, Head of Display Solutions en NEC Display Solutions Europe, very satisfied with the magnificent results that the company is obtaining in this edition of the fair, much superior to those of the last edition.
According to Federico Haba, an ISE 2013 NEC intends to emphasize its status as a global solutions manufacturing company and, in this sense, is exhibiting a control room solution for transportation and aviation managed by Hiperwall software, that allows you to display high-resolution content on one or more screens and connect different video sources to the video wall, and which incorporates new animation capabilities as a novelty. This solution makes it easy to manage and deploy all types of digital content for high-resolution video wall solutions that help see how airports can rethink the way they communicate with passengers at every stage of their journey..
Projection solutions
NEC is also exhibiting its full range of projectors at ISE, formed by the PA series, PX y PH, and for this the Japanese company offers in its stand a combination of two stacked projectors to achieve greater brightness; the new PH1400U projector from 14.000 lumens in stacked configuration providing 28.000 brightness lumens, with new structures developed by the company itself, also within that concept of a complete solutions provider; the new compact 3D ready PE401H Full HD meeting room projector, that offers 4.000 ANSI lumens, with optical zoom 1,7 x and an optional adapter for Intel WiDi; and the L51W portable LED projector.
Para digital signage, NEC is showing how its store and brand partners are using large format displays to deliver dynamic retail applications., and how to ensure color accuracy through the SpectraView monitor 552 with standardized dsRGB color profile, as well as the new LED modules 10 mm. Besides, The firm is showing how its screens provide optimal performance for monitoring distribution and production 24/7 thanks to its vandal-proof glass covers, total housing for wall and cabinet with floor support.
Audience measurement
NEC has also brought to ISE 2013 el Field Analyst, system that allows segmenting the audience in front of a screen to send the appropriate message to each profile and the Leaf Engine solution, that provides analysis of target customers allowing public spaces and points of sale to efficiently manage their resources to improve the visitor experience and carry out specific actions.
For the corporate sector, NEC is exhibiting the NEC MultiSync EA294WMi in Amsterdam, which features an IPS LED backlight panel 21:9 of 29 inches extremely thin with a resolution of 2560 x 1080, resulting in an ultra-modern and slim design with the new MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) to connect the smartphone directly to the screen, while to demonstrate how museums make visitors part of the experience, The Japanese company is introducing a 3D rear projection screen that provides an excellent interactive signage solution.
New DisplayNote solution
Regarding the educational sector, NEC aims to promote collaborative learning in schools through one of the great novelties of its stand: DisplayNote, the ultimate interactive whiteboard tablet solution for sharing content between all connected devices. Applied in the NEC UM330Wi ultra short throw projector, DisplayNote “allows the class to be totally collaborative and, since it supports various devices and operating systems, The teacher can have all the students see the content that he is managing on the screen on their own device and access the content of everyone present.”, Federico Haba explained.
