Seagate appoints Rui Simões Country Manager for Spain, Portugal and Greece

Previously, Simões had held the position of Country Manager of the Consumer and Small Business Products Division for Iomega (LenovoEMC) in Portugal and Greece.

Seagate, storage solutions specialist, has appointed Rui Simões as Country Manager of Spain, Portugal and Greece.

Simões has a degree in Economics from Esce, the Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais in Portugal and has extensive experience in business development in technology companies, where he has performed sales management functions in both the B2C and B2B markets.

Previously, Simões had held the position of Country Manager of the Consumer and Small Business Products Division for Iomega (LenovoEMC) in Portugal and Greece, as well as the marketing manager for the Portuguese market at Afina, value-added distributor of IT products and services.

Your expertise in this business, will help enhance the focus of Seagate's business strategy in Spain and Portugal, looking for greater penetration in the consumer market, as well as in the corporate, of small and medium-sized companies and distributed companies.
