As part of its strategy for the small and medium business market, Avaya has taken advantage of its presence at InfoComm 2013 to unveil its video collaboration solution for IP Office: Avaya Video Collaboration Solution.

Avaya Video Collaboration Solution is a tool that delivers high-definition experiences even on low-bandwidth connections.. Provides multi-party video conferencing and data collaboration via native SIP/H. Provides easy video collaboration capabilities, low cost but at the same time complete, both for desktop computers, in mobility as well as for high definition videoconferencing rooms.

The solution is integrated within the Avaya IP Office unified communications platform (version 8.1) and offers a virtual conference room that can serve up to a maximum of eight participants connecting from any room system that uses standards, desktop devices or mobile devices (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device).
