With the aim of expanding in the Latin American market, The Spanish audiovisual production company Light Project has inaugurated its headquarters in Santiago, Chile, where it has already carried out some projects with its 3D mapping technology.

Light Project is consolidating its internationalization strategy with the opening of a new headquarters in Santiago de Chile, which will act as the nerve center for the audiovisual and event projects of the Spanish company for the rest of Latin America.

Light ProjectWith a history of more than ten years in the audiovisual productions and events market, Light Project has made a large investment in technology for the Chile headquarters, with four projectors 40.000 lumens that until now were not used in the Latin American market, for the realization of 3D mapping shows.

The first project of the Spanish company in Chile will be carried out next 23 October, with a special production for the Heineken brand during the event called 'Alive Room', which will be held at the La Moneda Cultural Center and will be attended by a thousand people, “with a projection in which we will show a transgressive experience, in which art and technology merge into a spectacular visual concept: “Graffiti Map”, they point out from Light Project.

In its new headquarters, the company has state-of-the-art equipment for carrying out 3D mapping., as well as to support large-scale scenarios for conventions and congresses and macro entertainment events that want to highlight their visual content..

Technological investment

Among the projection systems in which the company has invested, those from the Belgian firm stand out. Barco, specifically the HDQ2K40 model, of 40.000 lumens and 2K resolution, incorporating the latest warping technologies, Athena scaling system and wireless remote control functions; and the XLM HD model 30 of 30.000 lumens.

Added to them are the Roadster S+20K DLP projector from 20.000 lumens and 3 DLP SXGA+ from the company Christie, and professional projection systems Sanyo, of 15.000 y 10.000 lumens.
