Samsung announces new 78" curved UHD TVs″ at the European Forum held in Malaga

Curved designs and improved Smart TV functions star in the four new curved UHD televisions that Samsung has developed to offer a multimedia and immersive experience to the user.

Samsung Electronics has expanded its range of UHD televisions with four new screens with curved design and improved Smart TV functions that it has presented within the framework of the Samsung European Forum 2014, that this multinational celebrates until next 7 February in Malaga.

These innovations are also supported by the use of Auto Depth Enhancer technology., Samsung exclusive, based on an algorithm that analyzes each object in the images and automatically adjusts the contrast to provide a greater sensation of depth, with a 3D effect without the need to wear glasses.

The color of the Curved UHD TV 8500 It has also been improved with the addition of PurColor technology, reproducing it as it was captured by the filmmakers and showing the most detailed aspects. The number of color adjustment points has been increased by seven to offer more detail and better colors.

UHD Dimming Technology

Thanks to image scaling to UHD, characteristic of all Samsung UHD televisions, Viewers can enjoy better image quality regardless of the content source.
