Barcelona is the setting chosen for the celebration, of the 12 al 15 March, of the first Creative Programming Meeting, dedicated to training, research and experimentation in the field of generative visuals, driven by Mira collectives, Telenoika and ZZZINC.

Within the cycle of Experimentation and Reflection Conferences around audiovisuals (IS…VA), the collectives Mira, Telenoika y ZZZINC They organize the first Creative Programming Meeting, of the 12 al 15 March in Barcelona. Four intense days of training and research in generative visuals with the aim of promoting the exchange of knowledge between the different agents involved in the visual arts and new media scene.

Those attending the first Creative Programming Meeting will be able to discover, through a workshop, projections, debates, project presentations and an audiovisual concert, the possibilities of creative programming and delve into the development of advanced techniques to achieve generative visuals and data visualization.

It is a space where developers and visual artists can show their work., share knowledge and learn new techniques, and where the less expert public will be able to discover the possibilities of creative programming applied to the visual and sound arts.

In this first Creative Programming Meeting, topics and technologies such as the generation of content in real time will be discussed., music and visual synchronization, graphics computing, 3D engines, data visualization, information aesthetics, Processing, vvvv, MAX/MSP, Javascript, Cinder, C + +, OpenGL, Html9, OpenFrameworks, OpenGL/WebGL y Quartz Composer.

The event will feature the multidisciplinary artist Oscar Sol, who will give the introductory workshop to Jitter (MAX/*MSP) for video manipulation and creating generative visuals; AVsets video projections and world-renowned visuals curated by the Sense cycle, and screenings of the latest demoscene creations, curated by 9ard. On the other hand, the artists and developers Luis Sanz, Roman Torre, Sergio Albiac and Eloi Maduell will present their projects and will be part of the debate that will revolve around creation and creative programming.
