QT Hotel implements an IPTV and VOD solution with TriplePlay technology

StreamVision has installed in the QT Hotels complex & Canberra Resort (Australia) the TriplePlay platform, TripleChoice Hospitality TV portal. A solution that serves both to entertain clients in their rooms and to provide, in common areas, digital signage applications that inform them and offer them promotions on the services provided.

QT Hotels & Resorts have opted for technology Tripleplay Services to implement a complete IPTV and VOD solution delivered over the hotel's IP network. The company in charge of carrying out the deployment of this luxury center located in Canberra (Australia) has been StreamVision who has installed the TripleChoice Hospitality TV portal platform in 217 rooms

Tripleplay en QT Hotel Resort CanberraThe IPTV and Video on Demand solution (VOD) It is provided through the hotel's IP network and reaches the decoders in each room via Secure Media.

This implementation incorporates full Property Management System integration (PMS), Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) and personal video recording (PVR), with a number of channels being delivered to each room in a mix of Foxtel and free to air.

The Tripleplay server-based solution also incorporates a digital signage system that uses the IPTV decoder Amino A140, with which information and promotions are offered in the common areas of the hotel.
