Epson has unveiled two new 3LCD projectors that inaugurate a new series that improves the experience and efficiency of professional meetings and business communication. The two models of the EB-1430Wi series (EB-1430Wi y EB-1420Wi) contain two ultra-short distance interactive meeting room systems, including touch control, the manufacturer's latest innovation in interactive projection.

EB-1430Wi Series Offers Ultra Short Throw Projection for Meeting Rooms, plus two pencils for interactive use. New interactive whiteboard mode allows participants to view content and make annotations, through different smart devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.), without the need for other applications. Annotating images from multiple locations makes it even easier to collaborate in cross-office meetings, such as in video conferences.

With a luminosity of 3.300 lumens and WXGA resolution, Both the EB-1430Wi and EB-1420Wi have two HDMI inputs, Integrated 16W speakers and two interactive pens. Equipped with 3LCD technology, Epson guarantees equally high white and color light output for bright images and intense colors.

Epson EB-1430WiBoth projectors include EasyMP software for monitoring and projection over the network, and from different computers, as well as the Epson iProjection app for touchscreen devices that allows you to easily share and display content.

The EB-1430Wi adds interactivity through touch control that allows immediate interactivity using natural gestures and is perfect for quickly highlighting a certain aspect. With high precision technology and simplicity of use and configuration, Touch control complements the use of interactive pens. It works by using a laser curtain over the projected image that detects interruption using one or more fingers.

“Since the introduction of our touch projection technology earlier this year, Teachers and students have increased their ability to collaborate in the classroom with annotation options, marking and writing on any image, slide, graphics and even video both by touch and with interactive pens. The touch function is very useful for collaborative work and brainstorming sessions, so we include it in ultra short throw projectors for board and meeting rooms”, explains José Pereira, Epson Ibérica product manager.
