As David del Val has highlighted, CEO of TID, “in addition to being the company that invests the most in R&D in Spain, Telefónica has a great tradition in product and service innovation, and she has gotten to where she is because of her work as a pioneer. To remain as a reference company and continue being the 'factory' of the company's best products, we have clear objectives: create and invent new products in new lines of business, and develop with excellence everything that we are capable of creating internally”.
