The new Sorli Emotions hotel adopts Tripleplay's interactive IPTV solution

Improving the experience and comfort of its guests is the objective of the Sorli Emotions hotel in Barcelona, with the installation of Tripleplay's TripleChoice interactive IPTV system on the Smart TVs in each of its rooms, according to the project carried out by Ditec.

Located north of Barcelona, in Vilassar de Dalt, a privileged space near the Mediterranean, the Sorli Emotions hotel, a modern and cozy four-star establishment, has wanted to improve the comfort of its guests in each of its 33 rooms with an interactive system integrated into Smart TVs.

In the case of Sorli Emotions, The option chosen has been the TripleChoice interactive IPTV system from TriplePlay Services, integrated by its partner Ditec, to offer guests a greater variety of international channels, both local information and the services offered by the hotel, in addition to the possibility of changing languages.

Being integrated with the property management system (PMS), TripleChoice can offer personalized welcome messages for each customer and automatically reorder channels based on their nationality.
