Spaulding Boston boosts patient experience with digital signage network
Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston has installed a digital signage network, composed of 51 LCD screens 56 inches, to optimize your relationship with patients, family and employees, while reinforcing your brand image.
When Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston planned to open a new plant, decided that it wanted to install a digital signage infrastructure that would allow it to display stories on screens that contributed to the well-being of patients, offer patient experience, friends and families, as well as caregivers and donors.
The solution integrates a combination of digital signage screens, strategically positioned, installation carried out by the company Lit, while the supply and management of content has been the responsibility of ComQi.
The Spaulding Rehabilitation Network offers a wide range of inpatient programs and operates in 23 outpatient centers located throughout Eastern Massachusetts. In April 2013, Spaulding opened a new facility in Charlestown with a capacity for 132 camas. Thousands of people pass through Spaulding's doors every day and the management team wanted a technological solution that offered efficient and sustainable processes., whose messages will help everyone but will also reinforce the brand image.
Aceso worked with ComQi signage content to develop a new digital messaging platform that now spans eight floors of the Spaulding Boston. At the moment, The center has a total of 51 LDC screens 56 inches placed in strategic locations. Besides, At the reception, a video wall has been installed with a configuration of six screens placed horizontally.
The content focuses on uplifting stories such as that of a young girl who almost drowned , after his recovery, has returned to doing ballet, or the victim of a tragic accident who now continues playing soccer. “Some of these stories are like beautiful pieces of art”, Maria Bures said., Boston Spaulding Senior Director of Communications, in the case study.
These digital signage screens have replaced traditional bulletin boards and posters. The platform based on the ComQi content manager allows you to develop any type of message, being scheduled according to the needs of the center.
