Selligent and Strongview merge to create a company focused on digital marketing
This operation means merging Selligent's segmentation and omnichannel campaign management capabilities with the potential of StrongView in email marketing, thus creating a company focused on B2C digital marketing.
The Belgian company specialized in omnichannel marketing automation solutions, Selligent, has merged with the North American, StrongView whose activity is focused on contextual marketing.
The company born after this merger will develop its activity with the Selligent brand and will focus its activity on the development of technology applied to digital marketing for relationships with consumers. (B2C). In Spain, where both companies operate, This union means creating an organization with more than 40 clients in sectors such as banking, hospitality and fashion.
With this operation, Selligent will be able to accelerate its growth in digital marketing, a market that, according to Forrester, will grow at an annual rate of 12% for the next four years, and will achieve a business volume around 90.000 million euros in 2019. At the moment, within the B2C segment, Selligent is the company with the highest business growth, when doing it 8 points above the market average, and 12% in front of 4%.
The company, that provides a complete solution to manage the entire lifecycle of a customer relationship, and in a personalized way, has around 700 clients in 19 countries in sectors such as retail, financial services, media or tourism. The forecasts indicate that Selligent will end this year with a turnover higher than the 40 million euros.
In 2014, the company grew 45%, obtaining a billing of 35 million euros. For your part, in Spain, country in which it operates from 2012, forecasts point to recurring billing (SaaS) of 2,7 million euros in 2015.
