Shure DIS-CCU

The central control unit DIS-CCU of DIS by Shure is a system that allows the management of DDS5900 and DCS6000 systems, which replaces the previous CU5905 mainframes, CU6105 and CU6110, simplifying and improving them.

Default, The DIS-CCU central control unit is configured for the DDS5900 digital discussion system and is a direct replacement for the CU5905. Compatible with all DDS5900 discussion units, the DIS-CCU can control up to 250 units and includes built-in voice activation functionality. Compared to CU5905, New DIS-CCU allows for more flexible connection of discussion units and more audio grouping options. Besides, The LCD display also presents improvements.

Shure DIS-CCU

With the purchase of the FL6000 license, DIS-CCU unit can be upgraded to become central control unit for DCS6000 digital conference system, replacing the current CU6105 and CU6110. This license allows control of all DCS6000 conference units and activates integrated voting capability. Firmware allows switching between DDS5900 and DCS6000 systems, but not both types of components simultaneously.

In addition to the FL6000, FL6000-3800 is available, that allows control from 251 until 3.800 conference units. Regarding language licenses, la FL6000-INT-8 admite 8, neither FL6000-INT-16 16 and the FL6000-INT-31 up to 31 languages.

Regarding hardware, The new DIS-CCU center has 4 RJ45 jacks for connecting microphone units, forming the DCS-LAN network, that incorporates digital audio, control and power data, all in the same cable. Any of these four outputs can be used to create a wide variety of configuration layouts.. The DIS-CCU has 8 Balanced XLR outputs for connection to PA systems, audio mixers, language recording or distribution systems.

Regarding the tickets, has 2 Balanced XLR connections to add additional audio equipment to the meeting, like wireless microphones, teleconferencing systems, processed audio signals and emergency message or music for breaks during discussion and conference sessions. The gain of these inputs can be adjusted from the front panel of the unit or via the web application.
