Acer F7 series: professional projection with five interchangeable lenses for large spaces
With a brightness of up to 6.000 lumens, This series of equipment has five interchangeable lens options to obtain various image shots in their original format and size without distortion, giving installers the flexibility they need to use the projector in different environments.
Designed for professional installations that require high luminosity (until 6.000 lumens) in large spaces with long projection distances and high ambient lighting, F7 series Acer consists of the F7200 models (with XGA resolution), F7500 (the 1,080p) and F7600 (with WUXGA resolution.
These projectors have five interchangeable lenses (horizontal and vertical), that allow the image to be changed in its original format and size without distortion and offer a wide variety of image shots and 360º flexibility to offer installers more flexibility and options for image projection.
Victor Chien, president of Acer's digital display business group, explains that the company “is increasing its presence in the market of professional projectors for large spaces with the new F7 series. With its interchangeable lenses, offering different image shots, high luminosity and 360º versatility, “Professional audiovisual installers have a practical addition to their visual equipment in business and education applications.”.
Five lens options to offer diverse image shots in different environments and with a single projector are: short shot (0,8-5,0 metros); semi-short shot (1,0-9,0 m.); standard shot (1,5-7,0 m.); long shot (2,0-20,0 m.) and super long shot (3,0-20,0 m.). This last lens is an option
especially attractive for use in very large spaces, requiring a long projection distance, like convention rooms, auditoriums, gyms, conference rooms or places of worship, inter alia.
Acer's F7 series of projectors, available on the market starting next September from 2.999 euros) offers 360º rotation to provide installers with more flexibility and options in their projects; something very useful for unique installations, as it serves as a fixed mounting point on interactive floors or wall art installations.
The F7 series lens is located in the center of the chassis for intuitive positioning, while switching between vertical and horizontal lenses allows the image to be modified in its original format and size without incurring any distortion. The devices have inputs for RGBHV (5-BNC), DisplayPort, HDMI y DVI-D.
