New high-precision DSPs, amplifiers and software tools that simplify programming, integration and expansion of sound in commercial and institutional applications, make up your new offer.

Crestron InfoComm 2016

Crestron has unveiled new solutions that simplify audio in conference rooms, meeting, sports areas and leisure venues. Spearheading this new technology is a line of digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processors – DSP) incorporating a DSP programming tool, as well as a solid selection of amplifiers that support audio over IP using Dante networking.

Crestron's new audio offering includes five DSP models, a line of amplifiers controlled and monitored via network, as well as a range of modular amplifiers that offer integrators mixing capabilities in a 1U rack. Completing the list are the latest additions to the Saros speaker series including a new sound bar for commercial applications.

These audio solutions integrate natively with DigitalMedia, touch screens, Crestron Fusion Cloud and its unified collaboration technology as part of a comprehensive solution.

Crestron Audio DSP Tool

“We've designed our new DSPs and amplifiers to address the audio problems integrators face every day.. The key is our DSP Tool, which provides a huge leap forward in terms of simplifying the programming process., tuning, integration and expansion in the sound performance of meeting spaces”, explica Dennis Fink, Audio Technology Manager de Crestron.

DSP Tool provides a powerful and intuitive workspace that simplifies sound design and programming. Channel-strip architecture simplifies configuration, allowing programmers to save, modify and manage a custom strip library.

New tools include a spectrum analyzer, virtual mixer, EQ editor and speaker profile library to ensure quick acoustic setup. New controls and features can be added on the fly so programmers no longer have to 're-wire' and 'recompile' to make changes.

I/O expansion between Crestron DSP, amplifiers and other suppliers is very simple using Dante drivers. In addition to these benefits, DSP Tool allows programmers to drag and drop audio controls and even route VUs in VT Pro-e software for seamless touch screens across a room or hundreds of them, in a matter of minutes.

“Crestron is known for the quality of its products for the enterprise AV market. “Dante has become the standard for quality audio on IP networks and this alliance with Crestron will enhance the Dante ecosystem with better networking solutions.”, comments Lee Ellison, CEO of Audinate.

This new offering for the AV market has been presented by Crestron in InfoComm 2016 of Las Vegas that closes its doors today.
