The Scandinavian wholesaler maintains its active policy of acquiring European companies in the audiovisual sector, now joined by this Finnish-based professional digital presentation technology specialist.

The growth strategy of the European wholesaler EET Europarts, with headquarters and logistics center in Copenhagen (Denmark), focused on acquisitions of companies in the professional audiovisual and digital sector, maintaining intense activity in the last two months, since after the purchase of two companies, the last one was RPS Audiovisuales (more information at Digital AV Magazine) the Finnish company is now added VisioStore Oy.

Specialized in professional audiovisual presentation technology for the corporate and educational environment, VisioStore maintains distribution agreements with audiovisual manufacturers such as NEC Display, Optoma, Casio, Infocus, Lumens, PTN Electronics y CleverTouch, as well as with other new brands and AV system integrators in this sector.

Asko Sinisalo, director general of VisioStore Oy, has indicated his satisfaction “to be part of an ambitious and successful company like EET Europarts. We look forward to bringing our long experience and skills in the AV business alongside them and offering our clients the advantages of their large European commercial and logistics platform., since until now we were mainly focused on distribution in Finland and the Baltic region”.
