This integration project, that Vitelsa has made, aims to meet the euipo's need to have its own facilities in Brussels to develop relationship and coordination activities with other Community bodies. To this end, it has been equipped with a videoconferencing system., that has been integrated with the rest of audiovisual devices for the realization of meetings with remote locations.

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (Euipo) was founded in 1994 and is in charge of the registration of the mark, the model and design in the twenty-eight EU Member States, whose headquarters are located in Alicante.

Continuing its policy of improving internal and external communication, the Euipo has relied on Vitelsa for the realization of the supply project, configuration and commissioning of a new conference room in its brussels offices. This integration project aims to meet the euipo's need to have its own facilities in Brussels, adequately equipped to develop relationship and coordination activities with other Community bodies.

For audio capture and management, the room has been equipped with an advanced discussion system with 25 Positions, integrated with a digital recording system that can also capture audio from other sources in the room (PC, videoconference, Etc.). In addition to the lecturers' posts, a wireless microphone system has been implemented in the room, connected to an audio mixer.

The room also has a videoconferencing system, that has been integrated with the rest of audiovisual devices for the realization of meetings with remote locations. With this collaboration system has been integrated a PC that is responsible for the display of multimedia content, allowing simultaneous tracking of presentations remotely and in the room through a large format monitor. All these equipments have been deployed in a single rack from which all installed systems can be controlled.
