The Neon Desert Music shined for its spectacularity and lighting effects

DJ Tiësto was one of the main protagonists of this event and for his performance, on the Rio Bravo stage, were used 12 Led matrix units with continuous 360° rotation in pan and tilt Elation ACL 360 Matrix y 12 barras Cuepix Batten, that were installed in 4 truss totems backstage with 3 units of each device in each of them.

This year's edition of the Neon Desert Music Festival was held in the city of El Paso (Texas-United States) earlier this summer and numerous units of equipment Elation Professional were part of the spectacular lighting design of this event, which featured DJ Tiësto as headliner on one of the stages.

With an eclectic lineup that included artists like the Deftones, Daddy Yankee and Ludacris among many others and three different scenarios, Oklahoma City-based event production company Toucan Productions was responsible for supplying all lighting materials for this festival..

Platinum Beam 5R Extreme moving heads were installed in the truss structure above the stage., to provide it with spectacular aerial projections. This equipment provides fast movements, a 3° beam aperture, 12 dichroic colors and 8 gobos. It also incorporates the Philips Platinum 5R lamp 189 watts and 8.000 lumen.

This moving head was also used on the other two stages of this festival, North Pass and Franklin Mountains, and in total 50 Platinum Beam 5R Extreme units were part of the Neon Desert Music Festival lighting installation.
