The models that it has incorporated into its catalog are the Mac Axiom Hybrid, which provides unlimited selection, from subtle pastel shadows to deep, saturated colors; the Rush MH7, offering advanced dynamic effects in a compact form factor; and Rush MH8 Mini Profile, an ideal system for DJs, groups and facilities where affordability and size are critical factors.

Martin Mac, MH7 and MH8

Martin Professional has incorporated three new references to its offer of lighting systems. These are the Mac Axiom Hybrid moving heads, Rush MH7 Hybrid and Rush MH8 Mini Profile.

Martin Rush MH8The Mac Axiom Hybrid is a true hybrid moving head model, both spot and narrow beam, offering diffuse wash-type lighting and shocking intensity, in a compact form factor. The zoom and focus processes of this model eliminate the need for dedicated spot or narrow-beam modes and allow for both instantaneous and gradual transitions from an intense collimated narrow beam to a flat-field spot..

The optical system of the Mac Axim Hybrid offers high contrast in both mid-air and projection, as well as a flat field that is not usual with this short arc lamp technology.

“The Mac Axiom Hybrid model represents an evolution for Marti. In addition to the wide range of effects of this system, Mac Viper CMY color palette implementation gives lighting designers the advantage of unlimited selection, from subtle pastel shadows to deep, saturated colors”, explains Markus Klüsener, product manager Stage Lighting by Harman Professional Solutions.

Martin Rush MH7The Rush MH7 combines the capabilities of the moving heads beam in a single system, Martin's 250W spot and wash, without this flexibility being detrimental to quality. It is a system that offers advanced dynamic effects, in a compact form factor.

Among its features are sharp optics with three zoom modes: of 2,2 to 15 degrees in narrow beam mode, of 2,5 to 24 degrees in spot and de mode 15 to 45 degrees in wash mode. The light output is achieved with the Philips Platinum 11R lamp of 250W and 7800K and with 8 rotating/indexed gobos and 12 Static. It features 10 colors and effects selectable through a circular prism of 8 faces and a linear one of four.

“Whether it's injecting energy into a dance floor, emphasize a message in a cult space or evoke emotions in a play, we are facing an extremely versatile system”, commented Mark Buss, Product Manager, Installed Lighting Harm Professional Solutions.

Martin Mac Axiom HybridThe smallest of the new additions is the Rush MH8 Mini Profile moving head, an ideal system for DJs, groups and facilities where affordability and size are critical factors. It has high-speed bread and tilt and separate color and gobo wheels, offering maximum flexibility to lighting designers, whether they are in charge of a lounge bar or a dance floor.

An 18W cold white Osram LED, a beam angle of 14 degrees that concentrates more than 8.000 Lumens, electronic dimerization, strobe and manual focus have a place in this small moving head of only 4,5 kilos of weight.

These systems are available, hand in hand with Earpro, available to Spanish and Portuguese lighting designers.
