Cmatic and Wavetec manage the customer service of the Madrid Travel Fair
With a queue management system and digital signage from the manufacturer, composed of 35 attention positions, three digital kiosks for obtaining an appointment and eighteen monitors, and local support from the distributor at the WiZink Center in Madrid, where the contest was held.
As a distributor of queue management and digital signage systems from Wavetec (more information in this diary), Cmatic has been responsible for managing customer service during the two days of the first edition of the Madrid Travel Fair, celebrated the past 6 y 7 May at the WiZink Center.
The combination of Wavetec's digital solutions and Cmatic's local support has served to guarantee the best customer service. 50.000 visitors to the event in a space of 4.700 square meters.
The system to achieve this was made up of 35 attention positions, three kiosks for obtaining appointments and eighteen monitors distributed throughout the premises, in which call notifications were displayed. This proposal for customer service during the event was completed with the display of videos and information in real time in the central LED cube installed in this Madrid venue..
