Acer technology for education is deployed in Paidos Future Classroom
The manufacturer has collaborated in the creation of the first classroom in Spain that follows the guidelines of the European Schoolnet and promotes the comprehensive development of students' skills through the latest innovations of this company.
The Paidos school, located in Sant Fruitós de Bages, in the province of Barcelona, has become the first to have a multifunctional classroom that is based on new educational strategies for students with the technological innovations of Acer, according to the guidelines of the European Schoolnet.
The so-called Paidos Future Classroom by Acer occupies a space of 105 m2 and is equipped with multiple Acer devices, among which more than thirty Chromebooks stand out, 3D projectors and glasses, monitors, así como la Windows Mixed Reality Headset & Controllers and the CloudProfessor + Gigo Set for IOT Coding, along with Predator 17X laptops and Veriton desktops.
“Through all this equipment we will be able to encourage creativity, expression and talent of students. Thanks to this open educational space, versatile and collaborative, Students of different levels and in teams will be able to work according to their needs at all times.. A space where technology is present in an organized way and covering the needs of each work area in the classroom, providing students with solutions for their projects, ideas and designs, explains Jaume Pausas, marketing manager de Acer.
Paidos Future Classroom by Acer has different areas: from an area to develop creativity through audiovisual systems to an interactivity and meetings section, as well as a technological space with different tools.
There is a fourth research area that incorporates a table with several computers, another for robotics and a space for research, along with an area that includes a 3D studio and a recording studio.
This space is suitable for any subject and completes the teaching taught in traditional classes, since it is based on the guidelines of the European Schoolnet, a network of thirty Ministries of Education in Europe in charge of coordinating the main educational communities to teach, learn and collaborate showing the path of change in teaching with the use of new technologies.
