Different manufacturers are betting on betting on augmented reality glasses. However, Factors such as large size and weight, the dizziness they produce and their limited resolution, are considered barriers to commercialization. The Startup LetinAR has launched a new optical technology, called Pin Mirror, that responds to these challenges.

The LetinAR Pin Mirror lens projects an accurate image from a range of 25 cm to, theoretically the infinity of the human eye with a complete focus, which allows the device to be used for long hours without producing dizziness.

Super-thin Pin Mirror lens allows adjustment in much more delegated devices, compared to those with half-mirrors and light guides. According to its manufacturer, The simple structure of injection-molded plastic lenses, enabling hassle-free large-scale commercial production. will shorten the time to market of augmented reality.
