Barco reinforces its position in the LCD video wall market with the OverView KVD5521B

The KVD5521B LCD video wall panel incorporates some of the functionalities of the UniSee platform as a modular structure, silent operation, automatic brightness and color calibration, and the ability to operate the power supply remotely.

Barco continues betting on the LCD video wall market with the OverView KVD5521B panel. A system compatible with any VESA mounting structure that incorporates some of the aspects recently introduced in the UniSee platform. These include a modular structure that facilitates maintenance, silent operation, automatic brightness and color calibration, and the option to operate the power supply remotely.

The OverView KVD5521B is an improved and optimized version of the LCD video wall panel from 55 inch KVD5521. Thanks to the SenseX automatic brightness and color calibration system, Balanced images are guaranteed on the video wall at all times without having to intervene personally or use an external sensor.

The absence of cooling fans not only minimizes noise, It means that no moving parts are used. (which are susceptible to wear and have a limited lifespan).

Besides, the introduction of DisplayPort V1.2, that allows feeding 4 loop-through displays with 4K content at 60Hz, is key to easy connection with a limited number of cables.

To ensure optimal uptime, The new video wall incorporates a series of features that prevent downtime and speed up service. Input boards and power supplies can be quickly removed from the display for maintenance services or parts replacement. Using LCD Connect makes it much easier to control the video wall, improving ease of use.
