Dnp presents the new generation of its Supernova XL optical front projection screen
Available as a single screen solution, dnp has eliminated the overlapping of materials in the new Supernova XL to guarantee an image without visible seams.
The Danish manufacturer dnp has taken another step in innovation with its original Supernova XL system, which remains currently the largest optical front projection screen in the world, with the development of the next generation of this system to deliver superior image quality and visual experience, with a perfectly flat image, improved.
This is how Soeren Kraemmergaard explains it, vp. global sales and marketing at dnp: “We have eliminated the overlap of screen materials to ensure an image without visible seams, which is the key to delivering the best viewing experience. “Our true optical lens technology delivers sharp, high-contrast images without users having to dim lights or open curtains.”.
The new generation Supernova XL is available in sizes up to 230” in format 16:9, to offer “an excellent viewing experience with flat screen quality: an ideal and cost-effective solution for large spaces, like conference rooms, auditoriums and places of worship, this manager points out.
Another benefit that Kraemmergaard points out is the combination of size, cost and performance offered by the new Supernova XL, “which also makes it an affordable alternative to our Supernova Infinity Screen”.
In this sense, The new Supernova XL screen is designed to be transported rolled up in boxes of 900×900 mm. (length determined by screen height), significantly reducing transportation and handling costs, so two people can assemble the screen on site in just a couple of hours, saving time and labor costs.
