Zytronic technology allows the physical and online world of ebebek to merge

In 116 stores of this Turkish company, dedicated to products for expectant mothers and babies, interactive kiosks have been installed equipped with Zytronic MPCT sensors with a 32 inches and 20 ringtones.

Ebebe, Turkey's leading baby and baby products retailer, and the Istanbul-based company, Phygital Mind, have used touch sensors Zytronic, equipped with the capable technology projected (PCT y MPCT), to address the implementation of the 'clicks-to-bricks' project in 116 stores, reaching 132 at the end of the year.

Zytronic MPCT multitouch sensors offer an intuitive experience with pinch functions, zoom and rotate. They have been configured to recognize up to 40 Simultaneous touches and allow Babyologists and clients to share the experience.

Each ebebek store has a kiosk equipped with a screen 32 inches that allows you to record the details and interests of a client, even if no sale is made.

The entire sales process can be completed on the interactive terminal, including scanning of selected products in the physical store, ordering additional products for home delivery and payment. Customers can also check out on their phones.

“Zytronic Multitouch projected capacitive technology was the perfect touch solution, providing a tablet-like touch experience on a large screen”, explica Asli Kubilay.

Zytronic manufactures multi-touch projected capacitive technology sensors (Multitouch Projected Capacitive Technology – MPCT) of 32 inches to the exact specification required by the ebebek project.

Sensors are managed by ZXY200 controllers, which are compatible with Windows operating system 10 used in kiosks.

The touch screens have a tempered glass cover. 4 mm, with a black printed border and anti-glare coating, characteristics that make it ideal for the interior location of these kiosks.
