Datapath Develops Next Generation of Mission-Critical VSN Video Wall Controllers
Defined by its manufacturer as the most powerful video wall controllers on the market, The VSN992 and VSN1192 models have been designed with a dual Intel Xeon E5 processor, which makes them ideal for mission-critical environments. Its official presentation will take place at ISE 2019.
Datapath has introduced the next generation of its line of VSN video wall controllers, composed of models VSN992 and VSN1192. These have been designed to meet the demand of high resolution applications.
The new teams, which will be shown for the first time in WHEREAS 2019, They are defined by their manufacturer as the most powerful video wall controllers on the market. They are equipped with the dual Intel Xeon E5 processor, allowing them to offer a clock speed of 2.3GHz, 8 cores and a cache 20 MB. Memory options are the highest in the Datapath range, until 128 GB.
Datapath VSN systems are used by governments and organizations, in industries ranging from defense, network and utility security.
The VSN992 model has a nine-slot backplane, while the VSN1192 has a capacity of 11 slots. Both backplanes have been designed by Datapath engineers to guarantee stability and operating temperature., along with all processing and connectivity required for control rooms.
Both models feature redundant power supplies and SSD drives. 240 GB configured in dual RAIDs as standard, with the option to expand to 480 GB. These provide faster and quieter performance, compared to traditional hard drives. They also have dual LAN ports and an RS-232 interface..
“Our engineering team has worked hard to develop the latest VSN controllers, and the result is two video wall models that are the most powerful available on the market today. Our VSN systems are trusted by the highest level of government and security organizations, and this latest generation of developments brings even more power and flexibility to integrators and end users. We hope to show them in Amsterdam at ISE 2019”, explica Bjorn Krylander, director gerente de Datapath.
Along with the latest generation of Datapath video wall controllers, visitors who come to your stand at ISE 2019 (12-H80) You will also see how Quant software integrates with video wall management.
Quant allows you to instantly stream applications and data to and from video walls, as well as other users on the same network to have KVM capabilities and interact with the content, what is vital for a mission critical operation.
Demonstrations of Datapath's latest WallControl software will also be offered, which is now available as an add-on to work in conjunction with VMS security software.
