Zytronic will preview the possibilities of its Hybrid Touch touch sensor at ISE 2019

The manufacturer will bring its new hybrid touch technology, that allows the total integration of physical controls in the active area of ​​the touch screen, with XY500 controller, to the Amsterdam competition.

Participating one more edition in Integrated Systems Europe (WHEREAS), the manufacturer Zytronic will show in preview, of the 5 al 8 February 2019 in Amsterdam (hall 8 – stand G351), its new hybrid touch technology, that integrates all physical controls on an active touch screen. To do this, you will use a 55” touch table with the new integrated sensors., and in which visitors will be able to test its advantages with a classic board game.

As already mentioned Digital AV, Zytronic hybrid touch allows mechanical buttons and dials to be incorporated into the active area of ​​projected capacitive touch screens (PCT), that can be used in video walls, touch tables and digital kiosks.

This technology gives designers the best of both worlds: the flexibility of touch sensors and the feel of mechanical controls, without the need to incorporate a separate keypad below or next to the screen.

Physical buttons and dials can be placed in and around the active area of ​​the PCT screen and connect, invisibly, through the visible area of ​​the screen. Es la primera vez que las dos tecnologías de control más utilizadas en el mundo se integran de esta manera.

Zytronic diseña y fabrica sensores táctiles híbridos, con aberturas mecanizadas con precisión en el sensor táctil, situadas y moldeadas de acuerdo con las especificaciones de los diseñadores del sistema, lo que permite que los diales o interruptores elegidos se coloquen exactamente donde se necesiten y que sean invisibles para el usuario del sistema.

Con soporte de hasta ochenta toques simultáneos, el controlador ZXY500 de Zytronic permite que los sensores táctiles se diseñen con un borde inactivo ultraestrecho, utilizando el área máxima de visualización y con una elegante apariencia.

La mayor velocidad del controlador actualiza las coordenadas táctiles en tan sólo un milisegundo en la salida del mismo, reduciendo la latencia táctil en un tercio, en comparación con los controladores de la generación anterior, y mejorando la experiencia del usuario.

Los controladores ZXY500, más fáciles de integrar en un sistema que nunca, enable a faster and more responsive user experience, even in demanding outdoor and unattended locations where users may be wearing gloves or applying only a light touch.
