The Spanish distributor EES passes into the hands of the Midwich Group

The Midwich Audiovisual Distributor, through its Spanish subsidiary Earpro, has acquired the entire share capital of this Spanish company, specialized in marketing lighting products and solutions.

Based in Astigarraga (Guipuzcoa) and founded in 2004 by Nacho Acha-Orbea, Entertainment Equipment Supplies (EES) has become part of the audiovisual distributor Midwich Group, which has acquired the share capital of this company through its Spanish subsidiary Earpro.

EES exclusively distributes equipment from key manufacturers in the lighting market in the Spanish market., like Robe, Verlinde and Prolyte, with a particular focus on customers servicing live events and equipment rentals, many of them new clients now of the Midwich Group.

As they have pointed out from this company, This acquisition will strengthen Midwich's position in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, especially when it comes to lighting. Earpro and EES will work closely and develop synergies, with the aim of continuing to improve service levels and the proposal to its clients.
